for sale is a 2nd hand Ketch from the designer Schmidtwinter of the shipyard Oberkassel Bonn-Beuel

This very well preserved sailboat from 1948 is a classic from the shipyard Oberkassel Bonn-Beuel by the well-known designer Schmidtwinter.
The superstructure is made of aluminium with synthetic teak. The glazing is in an aluminium frame.

The steering is hydraulic with external steering, it has a long keel with hydraulic centreboard in the keel box.
The boat has a headroom of approx. 2 metres with 4 cabins and a total of 8 berths.

A very large kitchen is located in the bow, which shows a rustic touch.

The boat is in a very well maintained condition, the entrance saloon is made of teak and very well maintained.

The Perkins Turbo Diesel engine was rebuilt in 1995.

Work in 2022
The hull was repainted in 2022 and it got new antifouling with new Anodes
The superstructure was repainted, both masts and booms were restored and repainted.
On deck the old decking was removed and repainted.
The interior of the ship was repainted.
The toilet was renewed, the black water pump and grey water pipe were renewed,
Water pipe was renewed, anchor winch was overhauled.
