Located close to the golf course of Pollensa and only 5 minutes away from one of the most beautiful villages of Mallorca is this haven of peace surrounded by fertile land.

The house was built in 1980 and consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living/dining room with access to the covered terrace and the pool. Furthermore there is a utility room/storage room and apart from the main house there is a building for agricultural storage.

At the front of the house there is a parking space for two or three cars.

The finca has 2 wells and a big watertank under the terrace, a fireplace in the house and a wood oven outside and A/C hot/cold in the living room and all the bedrooms.
